Social Media and Mental Health Summit

To help participants and parents to better understand and cope with any mental health challenges they may have.  To provide an enlightening summit featuring top-tier experts, impactful workshops, and an audience eager to learn and engage in meaningful dialogue. The summit will feature an esteemed panel of experts and interactive workshops aimed to empowering youth and families. This summit will seek to shed light on the complex relationship between social media and mental health, particularly among young people.With the rise of digital technology, youth are confronted with both the benefits and potential pitfalls of online spaces. Through a series of workshops, panel discussions, and expert talks; this summit aims to navigate these complexities and provide practical and effective strategies for safe and positive social media engagement. Professionals in the field will share information in a symposium format to promote greater awareness of well-being for young people and their parents.
